When buying this type of device, it's worth paying attention to its printing history. Of course, most people think that, like with a car, a lower mileage is better. That's true, but keep in mind that these are business-class devices designed for large-scale and long-term operation. For example, is a count of 50,000 sheets large or small? One might think that this quantity is large because a pack of paper consists of 500 sheets. However, most laser printers have a monthly duty cycle of 60,000 pages. This means that printing 50,000 sheets during a leasing period was actually just the warm-up exercise.

So, business printers should be approached differently because they have completely different parameters and a different approach. When purchasing an off-lease return printer, we receive it with a starter toner with a fill level of approximately 10-20%. A full standard toner can produce about 300 copies if they have a 5% black coloration. So, we can make many prints before it runs out. Toner purchases are not expensive, as standard substitute versions are available for as little as PLN 30. Therefore, it's easy to calculate that the cost per print is under 0.01 PLN. It's also worth mentioning that there's no need to shy away from substitutes. Of course, the cheapest ones for PLN 10-15 can cause problems. However, a sum of PLN 30 is not large, and for such an amount, you can already get a substitute of very good quality. This does not damage the printer, and the print quality is at the highest level.
